Pricing

*One-hour “in-home” consultation

$75/hour 

I will come to your home/business and discuss your vision for your space and do a “walk-through” of the area to formulate a plan for your decorating needs.

*Home Staging

$80/hour

I will come in and "stage" your home for resale. This can involve rearranging furniture, removing furniture/pictures, adding items...whatever will give you the cleanest most appealing look to new buyers.

*Holiday/Seasonal Decorating

$80/hour

I will come in and place all of your holiday/seasonal decorations throughout your home or areas you prefer. 

Please Note: This service does not include setting up/decorating Christmas trees but can be done for an additional fee.  All items should be placed in one area for easy access for placement throughout the home.

*Working in your home or business

(hanging pictures, moving furniture, accessory "renewal", cleaning items being used, etc.)

$80/hour

An average "Nu Vue" usually consists of me working in your home for one day and takes between 2-4 hours so the cost would be between $160-$320.

*Organization of closets or cabinets

$80/hour

This includes cleaning out items, arranging/organizing them to make better use of your space and allows you to find them easier! 

If possible, I will take unwanted items for donation.

*Contractor Consulting on a Remodel

10% of Contractor's quoted price

This includes overseeing the entire project from start to finish, all correspondence with the contractor, acting as a liaison between client/contractor, design fee, shopping for needed items but does not include the cost of any items I purchase. 

If contractor's price changes due to unforeseen supply cost or structural issues, my fee changes to 10% of the new cost.

*Personal Shopping for Client

$50/hour plus cost of the items purchased

Item totals will be rounded up to next dollar amount (Ex: $56.48 will be rounded up to $57.00)

*Personal Shopping with Client Attending

 $35/hour plus mileage 

$35/hour plus mileage (when applicable)

*Furniture Painting

$35/hour plus cost of paint and any minor repairs

Please note that old/vintage furniture may have been exposed to a variety of elements, such as extreme heat/cold if stored in a storage unit/shed, cigarette/pipe/cigar smoke, rain, etc. and I will do my best to get the exact look you want understanding that certain elements may present themselves during the painting process and can possibly change the desired outcome. 

Our goal is to use as many "existing" items/furnishings as possible. If new items need to be purchased, we will discuss what is needed prior to shopping and set a budget.
